    The Staff/ Owners maybe were very friendly and helpful. The pool was still open even though it was after labor Day. Centrally located.

    The coffee pot was really dirty, and not just it missed ! cleaning it was built up. Sadly it was warm and the AC didn't work either it ran but with no airflow, so we slept with the back patio door open all night for airflow.

    Location just off the boardwalk, the most gorgeous public beach on the Connecticut shoreline nearby, and the Niantic Motel. Immaculate and reasonably priced units with king sized bed.

    The hotel is close to Mohegan Sun Casino. The staff was excellent ! Good price for what we came for, we only needed the room for 1 night, its 15 minutes from the casino.

    The heating unit in my room was terrible! It made an awful noise when it was on, I couldn't sleep with the noise so we decided to turn it off and it took 10 minutes of tinkering with it to turn it off, we woke up freezing.

    Everything here was nice, I would stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Truly enjoyed my room, it was beautifully decorated and immaculate with king sized bed...

    The only good thing was the price

    We came back to the hotel from the casino. The heater in the room wasn't working. Turned the water in to take a shower and the water was a disgusting yellow color. And the t.v. randomly turned off and on constantly for no reason. Called the front desk and nobody was there to answer all night. Couldn't even tell anyone about the problems. Might as well have been in a tent with how cold our room was.

    Quiet & Spa tub!

    Housekeeping came at 10am and just tried to walk in without knocking. Need to give your guest till 11 being that's check out time. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

    I used the phone while I was there because my cell phone broke and I found it odd that they came to the door and told me about the charges at 8am instead of talking to me about it when I checked out not a huge deal I was just slightly put off but I don't stay in hotels often so I'm unaware of this is the normal routine for that.
